95 EB 150 rr stop/turn won't work tail lights work

As I posted. The right rear stop light and turn signal won't work. The tail lights work though. I have no power to the plug. I have checked the fuses under the hood and inside. I have no power to a 25 amp fuse under hood. I would think it get power from the headlight switch but not sure. This is only on the right side. Any help or ideas would be very helpfull. Thanks in advance. Bill

The truck is a 1995 4x4 EB 351 e40d fully loaded

WHICH fuse under the hood has no power? Have you looked at the fuse layout in the owner's manual? If you don't have one, get the closest year Ford offers:

It should be similar to this:

If all the fuses are good, check this:

fuse #14 in my search was no help

The 25amp fuse that I found that has no power is #14 and it is not used as per the manual. There was a fuse in it and it was blown and I replaced it only to find it has no power. It may have been replaced or put there because someone had blown a fuse and filled the spot, who knows. I allso replaced the #6 fuse. It states it is the (Trailer right-hand stop/turn lamp). It also was blown but it now has power on both sides. Where to look next ?
