04 F150 drivers door master window switch not working

Looking for some idea's here. I cannot roll down or up either the passenger or drivers door windows from the master switch. This is a regular cab so there is no lock out feature. I can roll down the passenger window from the passengers side. Did the obvious, replaced the master switch but still no change. From what I have read the passenger window gets its power from the master switch which makes me think the power and ground are good. Any ideas?

without the lock out feature, the switch on the passenger side gets power direct from the accessory delay relay. Just like the driver's side switch does.
The ground to the passenger side is via the driver's side switch, with the switch in the rest position.

With this in mind, I would take a look at the wires in the driver's side a pillar to door rubber boot for a broken Light Blue w/ black stripe wire.

You can test this wire with a meter on the back of the driver's side switch with the key in the accy or run positions.
