possible pcm problem

my 2000 F150 recently wouldn't start the other day, so a buddy jumped the starter and got it running so we could get it inside a building. after replacing the starter solenoid. The check engine light came on and the truck went into limp mode ( will only drive in 2nd gear ) and od light is flashing. had the truck scoped at a local repair shop and it brought up 14 codes including all 4 O2 sensores, tranny solenoids, something to with torque converter and other codes. can"t see all of this going at the same time!!! am i looking a a computer issue or maybe simply just wiring issues.

Might want to have the battery load tested.

At the very least remove it from the truck and place it on an external charger, and charge it until full. After removing the charger check the voltage. LEt sit 1 hour, check again, should be within 0.3 VDC with it out of the truck. Check again after 8 hours or over night, should be about the same area.

If not, the battery is shot.

The codes could be caused by a low voltage condition, and as a starting point, make sure the truck has a good stable battery prior to digging into stuff.

It's easier than that.

Blown fuse F24 under the hood, most commonly caused by an O2 sensor harness melted onto one of the exhaust pipes or rubbing on a half-shaft (4X4 only).

Did you find what caused the fuse to blow? A blown fuse is a symptom not a cause

That's what I get for relying on memory only instead of looking up the schematic. Yeah, F23 is the one I meant.... Check your O2 sensor harnesses anyway.
