HELP!! Will Not Crank, Replace Starter Relay?

My 2005 F150 began to shake and mis-fire. The "check engine" light started blinking. After shutting it off, it would no longer crank. I tried jump starting it, after charging the battery, now the starter just "whirs" and spins.
I replaced the starter, charged the battery, checked for blown fuses, but now it will not crank at all. I get an occasional "turn signal type click-click-click" above the fuse box, right behind the glove box.
From reading other threads, is my next move to replace the Starter Relay? If so, where do I find it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Meter the fuse #101 for power on both sides, this is the 30A fuse for the starter motor relay.

The start motor relay is relay R01 in the fuse panel in the passenger side kick panel.

Owners Manual pages 228 & 229.

the starter relay is on the passinger side firewall under the hood. turn your key to the run position take a screwdriver and try to short between the two posts on your starter relay if it starts you have found the problem if it doesn't check your battery cables and connecters. good luck!

First of all, thank you everyone for the advise, this was a big learning experience in relays, fuses and digging around.
Hat's off Code58! You called this one! After having zero luck turning the crank bolt, I took it to a friend's shop to discover an injector wide open and the cylinder full of fuel just like you said!
Fortunately the hydrolock didnt bend any rods, we put in new injectors and we're good to go.
The clicking behind the dash turned out to be an aftermarket alarm/kill switch installed by the Ford pre-owned lot that I wasn't even aware of. That was another reason it wouldn't turn over. I tripped it when I disconnected the battery to replace the starter.
Thanks again for the help, I really appreciate it!
