Putting in driving lights, need some wiring advice

Hey guys, I'm purchasing new headlights for my 2001 f150 that have a set of LEDs on them that I want to use as driving lights. Meaning I want them to come on when the truck is out of Park. I also want them to shut off when the headlights are turned on. As far as I know these trucks don't have driving lights on them. I have drawn a crude wire diagram of what I want, its fairly strait forward, however the one thing i don't know is the line that I titled "drive line." Is there any wire that gets power when the truck is shifted out of park or is this a far wish. I've posted the diagram, any help or ideas would be great! thanks

Having them only come on in D will be tough. On with the engine running would be MUCH easier. And the circuit you've drawn is overly-complex.

Get a common Bosch/ISO relay.
Run a wire from terminal 85 to DG/Y at the inertia switch.
86 to R/Y at the lower connector of the MFS (blinker switch on the L side of the column)
87 to Br at the headlight switch
30 to the hot side of the LEDs
the other side of the LEDs to ground

That's it. You don't need any extra fuses or switches, and it's safe & reliable.
