NO electrical power at all!

Hello out there. I am not usually this annoyed with my F150 but this week is just... special I guess. He is the problem:

'97 F150 XLT 4.6 2x4

-Battery replaced today and has 12.7V across the posts
-Starter replaced yesterday
-Cleaned off a bunch of corrosion from various wires and grounds but reconnected them all in the same order I took them off (I hope and as far as I can tell with research online and my Haynes bible)
-Checked all the fuses (inside and under the hood). They are all ok
-Checked the voltage across the 2 mega fuses and read the same as source which was 12.7V with almost no resistance
-Continuity checked as many wires as there are including battery ground to firewall and to the starter, positive from battery to relay and from relay to starter solenoid
-Checked voltage across starter relay posts on firewall and got 12.7V (same as source)

I have NO electrical power at all on the truck; no door chime, no headlights or horn (which should be hot). Also it should be noted that a booster pack would not apply power either.

I've done something because it worked fine before I changed the starter. Just don't know what!!

Scratching my head, hope someone can help!!!

Trevor

sounds like a bad ground or positive wire to your starter. check for corrosion / burn though on both those wires.
