Side Mirrors

Hello, I have a question. I have a 1998 F-150. Has anyone installed a factory turn signal mirror kit? The instructions are very vague. What do you use the hair dryer on? Any help would be great. Thanks!!!

If you had posted the confusing sections, we might be able to help you out.

I understand many people use it on their hair.

there are little tabs that hold the glass onto the motor housings. You heat them up so they will soften up and pop out. Its like a ball and socket setup

Is this the Muth Co kit you are talking about ?

Sounds like it from the description, but I have never looked to see if Ford offers the same kit.

You can download the instructions from Muth ( if it is a Ford kit ) it might help out a bit.

www.kwmuth.com

Product search for your MY, and the PDF for the install on are on the product listing page.
