A while back I posted a problem I was having with the 4x4 system... it will only shift into 4x4 when I come to a stop but it will disengage while I am moving. I was told that it was the GEM Module... what is it, what does it do... and how much is a new one? Will I be able to pick up a computer code if I scan the OBD II??

Had the same problem...GEM replaced, all ok.
Cost? Don't know, was covered under war.
Take it to the dealer. Take the chip out before going.
