Has any one installed heated mirrors from an expedition on an F150? I would appreciate any info!

Yes....Muth replaced mine under warranty, and I opted for the upgrade to the heated mirrors. Very easy install. Although you have to buy a switch to control the mirrors (from a 93' explorer). And having the heated mirrors is well worth it. There are no instructions...but if you do a search on ford-diesel, there are a couple of good posts that explain it in detail! (search for a member named Beagle1)

I did not have signal mirrors stock. Although all 00 and new trucks are wired for them (makes install easy) Muth is the OEM for the ford signal mirrors. IF you buy them from ford, there all the same...exept you paid too much, and muth has great customer service.

Do you know if it's possible to upgrade to only the heated mirrors? I've got the 2000 mirrors with the turn signal on the housing, not behind the mirror. I'd definately like the heated mirrors, though...
