I bought DRL kit...can't find plug for resistor under the hood.
I even removed my driver's side headlight and looked there, under, and even behind the bumper and no luck. It was easier to locate in my friend's Supercrew. But mine is the Supercab and no driving light. Help!

Did you ever find out how to hook up the resistor or where the plug for it is located? I am in the same boat as you. I saw two wires that onnect to a jumper bolted onto the frame behind the left headlight, but there is not a plug on the end that would match up to the resistor. Could these wires be the connection point but without a plug? I need to check the wiring diagrams.
I just did it on my 02 and the plug is right there. It plugs into a dummy plastic recepter.
Check out this site. It must be there, because Ford sells you truck in Canada and it's manditory to have, and i know they wouldn't use a different wiring harness in the US, since the truck is all one harness throughout.
