Surprised no codes were thrown & trouble light didnt come or did it.

Did they scan the OBD11?
Did they tell you why they were replacing all those parts, you apparently dont know?

There just throwing parts at it, dont make sense?

Sounds like DodgeItise,my wife's Grand Caravan had a wierd problem starting and would do it when ever it pleased,never could duplicate it for the dealer till they started replacin different components went to pick it up and it did it right there nin front of them,they wound up giving it a new brain and never had a problem since
