Question door ajar chimes

Can any one tell me how to disconnect the chime without pulling fuse?

If all you want to do is turn the chime off while the door is open, just trip the latch in the door. The switch is in the latch. Don't forget to pop the handle to untrip the latch before you shut the door.

If the problem is that the door ajar chime doesn't go off even with the door closed, take it back to the dealer to have the latch replaced or cleaned. You can clean it yourself. Members have had good results with liberal spraying of WD-40 into the latch mechanism.
