how to-foglights and highbeams: is there a simple way??

how to-foglights and highbeams: is there a simple way??
I read about using a relay w/ a seperate switch, but does anyone know what original relay or if it is in the switch housing that causes the fogs to turn off w/ the highs.
A complete detailed wiring diagram would work but......
