I am about to put fog lights (Ford OEM - 55 watts??)on my Expedition and my truck is not pre-wired. Is it possible to splice into the hot wire for the parking lights and have the fogs come on when the parking lights are on? Will this fry anything?

use a relay, and you should be just fine. I would also put a switch in there
