Angry Radio won't turn off!

The radio won't turn off when you shut the truck off and take the keys out?
Am I the only one and if not what's going on???

Interesting...possibly a defect in your ignition switch that does not shut it off when the switch is in the off position...????

Maybe it's Christine back as a truck....

Cool

Christine back as a truck...I couldn't be so lucky!

I found that the heater motor wouldn't shut off either. Also the transfer case switch was cycling and clicking. Gotta be the GEM module.

I know on some of the newer vehicles you can shut the key off and retain the window and stereo function until you open the door... does it lose power when you open the door? Otherwise, you might have a relay under the hood that's sticking in the on position, or a bad ignition switch. Either way, letus know what you find.

Turns out to be a leak in the windshield somewhere. The water is running into the GEM module and causing the trouble. My dealer is working on it.
