Question Do i have the power?

Hey guys-
i have a few "accessories" in my truck (lcd, vcp,and a mini wireless camera & receiver for off-roading), and all run on 12V. Im kinda worried about the strain on my battery. I made a "power terminal" of sorts, so i could make all those power wires into one. Now my question is this, how do i run all of these without putting that much strain on my battery & alternator? how can you guys put all of those KCs on and still start your truck?
What would i hook the main power wire from the terminal up to?
Or do i have nothing to worry about?
Thanks in advance for your help.

lord knows I'm no expert, but I think you can wire it to the 25 Amp fused line for the cig lighter. I can't tell you what model alternator you have; yours is a 2WD "with all options". Does that include the 135A alternator that comes with the 4WD ORP? If it does, you're probably safe--in this case, the 135A is putting out ~60A more than you'd regularly use. This is all just my opinion from what I've learned after following the advice of serveral people here.
