Thumbs down Clicking relay and flickering lights-need help!

My truck wont start. It doesnt crank at all. Whenever I open or close my doors the interior lights come on for a second or two and then they start flickering every few seconds at a constant pace. There is a clicking noise coming from relay #1. I am wondering why this problem is occurring. Im not too good with electronics so all the help I can get would be appreciated.

Its an 03 supercrew 5.4 4x4.. well i charged the battery and cleaned the battery posts. The truck starts now, but the interior lights stay on. I messed around with it opening and closing the doors and finally they turned off, but relay #1 is really hot and Im not sure whats wrong. Do i need to replace the relay? any help is appreciated.

When you say relay #1, is this in the cab or engine compartment fuse panel ?

Is it a crank no start, or won't crank ?

When you turn the key to the run position ( do not start ) does the theft light ( the blinking LED in the wart on the dash ) go out ?

If you have a crank no start, did you check for fuel pressure at the rail ?

Another thing could be the Fuel Pump Driver Module is cranked, an finally went out. Drop the spare tire, and check it.

How about the theft light ?

When is relay R01 clicking ?

Try installing R03 ( for high beams ) in R01 ( both should be full size ISO relays )

Thanks for all yalls help. I finally fixed it, it was the door ajar all night that drained the batt. I sprayed the doors with wd40 and that fixed the problem. The battery had enough juice to run the lights but not start the truck. charged it, cleaned the terminals, it worked fine.

I fixed mine. It was just the Batt. Those gel cell batt. do not give you a warning that they are about to go out. They just go out LIKE THAT !!
