Post Fog Lights on an XL - Wiring?

I bought an aftermarket set of lights to put on my truck and I noticed the factory wiring for fog lights and that my light switch has the function for it. I need to know how to get power to the wires that are there, do I need to change a relay?

I guess if all else fails I can use the wires thatcame with them, but I do not want to put a hole in the dash for no reason.

Anyone done this mod?
Please help

Question

If anyone has information on this, please help out, I am also attempting to install aftermarket fog lights.

I have located the wiring harness but need to know how to get power there. The fusebox (under the hood) does not have a fuse in the fog light location, but all of the wiring harness and switch are installed.

Is this as simple as installing a fuse? Or do I need something else?

Thanks

Cool

I have done this mod on a '99. The switch in the cab does not have the "guts" inside the switch. It pulls out but the contact's are not actually there. I wired a relay into my low beams and power from a point on the upper pass. side of the firewall. No switch, fog's are on whenever the low beams are on. I tested the factory wiring and could not get it to work.
