i have a 2002 f150 v6 5 speed and sometimes when driving all the gauges will jump all the way up as far as they can go(100mph on the speedo) and then drop down to 0 and then go back to normal. seems like a bad ground or something but doesnt effect anything else electrical on the truck. if anyone knows whats wrong that would be great. Thanks

 

Time for a new battery.

 

battery is brand new it started after the new battery was installed could it be a conection on one of the wires that comes off the battery
