2006-2008 Fog Light Install, okay I'm confused...
Hey hey...
So last year I used the popular, 'accident-mod' to upgrade to PTM front end. I added the fog lights, and kinda stopped there for awhile.
Last week I got my OEM switch from Tasca, and installed that. I am not an electrical minded person hence my question.
So I have two round fogs in the bumper with wires (about 6") hanging off the back of the buckets (just like I got them in the mail). As well as the OEM switch installed in the dash.
Can someone who has fogs from the factory take some pictures for me?
I know that I'm not being very specific, like I said electronics are not my forte... I checked in my shop manual before posting this, and it only tells me how to change the bulbs. Believe it or not I can get that far by myself!

See, I have fogs!

...now how do I make them work?
<facepalm/>
Thanks Everybody!

- Where do the wires on the back of the fog light houseing go?
- Is there a harness under the hood somewhere?

Most of the time, the wiring from the switch is not to the CJB ( aka Central Junction Box, cab fuse panel ).
1. Check if you have the fog lamp bulb connector.
It would be in the same wiring from the back of the headlamp
( the wire harness in the foreground is to the fog lamp )

2. Check if you have the wiring at the switch, usually this is not wired to the CJB.
If you look at the switch connector, you are looking for a White w/ black stripe wire on pin 9. Pin 10 is a Tan w/ White stripe wire.
Once you find the wire ( if it is installed ) check for continuity to the fog lamp relay socket. This will be to pin #1 in the fog lamp socket.

You might need to get 9145 bulb connectors and make a harness yourself
Using this diagram, instead of the options of A, B or C, you would wire this to the factory headlamp switch on pin #9.
