Numerous electrical issues please help

Hello I am having alot of electrical issues in my 99 f150. Most of these problems are intermitant. Blower stays on without key in the ignition, the directionals work without the key on, while driving the door buzzer goes off, the door ajar light and the interior lights go on and off while driving with the doors shut, when the truck is shut off hear loud clicking coming from under the dash in the area that the blower relay is located at the same time the alarm light in the dash and the passange air bag light next to the radio flashes eraticly in the same pattern that the clicking noise is. I was thinking that the relay was sticking for the blower but i dont think that explanes all the other problems. Please Help iom going crazy with this. Any and all information will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Alot

water in the GEM. gauranteed. seen it many times on 97-03s. The windsheild is most likely leaking onto the GEM you will need to replace both the GEM and CJB and have the windsheild replaced or resealed if possible.

the CJB is the interior fuse box by the drivers knee, the GEM is bolted to the back of it with 3 screws. remove the CJB and seperate the GEM from the CJB. Remove the cover from the GEM and look inside for moisture and inspect all the connectors on the CJB and GEM. Any trace of moisture and you will need to replace both items. The GEM needs to be programed at the dealer during install so it will most likely need to be repaird there anyways.

I have the same problem in my 2002 and I hope to pick up my truck today. What is a reasonable cost estimate for windshield, GEM and CJB?
