99 F150 Wiper Quit in Ice

The wipers on my 99 F150 quit moving during the recent ice storm. You can pick up the drivers wiper and it will start moving and stop. The passenger side doesn't move. Can anyone give me an idea of where to look? Doesn't seem to be electrical but mechanical. Thanks!

I have nearly same problem on my 2000 F-150. Any luck figuring it out?

Could be.......

Open the cap on the wiper arm and check the retaining nut is tight and the spline on the shaft and socket isn't stripped out......

Wiped motor/gears and or linkage....

Steering wheel column switch....
