According to that diagram it's in that big dashed box about center height towards the right of the page, the one that says Fog Lamp Relay and is labeled as being in the Power Distribution Box..

 

whats up whats up! recently purchased winjet halo foglights to replace mine on my 06 lariat. not sure how to hook up the lights as there are 2 separate circuits for the light. there is a picture on my gallery of the light. i think that i have to connect black to black and red to white then plug it in to the existing harness on the truck. any ideas?
