The Ign switch, it would be the tumblers interacting with the switch part. Thing is, with only the HVAC blower and the overhead console I am still a bit confused.

Could be in the ign switch part itself. ?? I would expect other things to be operational, if that was the case.
More things may stay on after key is pulled but I didn't notice them (i.e. it is cold so my windows would not be down and need me to mess with them)

This sucks, I want my truck back....

Oh well, I guess i'll put the dash back together and send it into Ford to fix....

Problem is back!!!!

OK so after a good rain the problem returns. I have been noticing a puddle on the driver's side floor and felt the back of the GEM and it was really wet! OK now from researching I know water leaking is what is doing this. I have noticed people complaining about the windshield being the source of the leak.

So my questions are these; Is the windshield 'for sure' the problem? If so, where does it normally leak at (top corner, bottom, etc.)? How do I fix it (add more sealant or full replacement)? Can I do it myself?

Just any true guidelines to stop this d*mn leak.

I searched and found alot of threads on the problem but no ABSOLUTE fix

Please help guys/gals!

So I went to the high pressure car wash and took the A-Pillar cover of and watched the leak so I know it is leaking there.

New questions will my insurance company replace a leaky windshield ya think? What about a rock chipped one? because I have both.
