Headlight Problem/Possible Short?

Well i noticed my passenger side headlight was dim, so i changed the bulb and it was okay but tonight i was driving home and the lights seemed dim, so i got out when i got home and the headlight was real dim again, so i popped the hood and wiggled the wire going to the bulb and it brightened up again. So do i have a short somewhere or wtf is going on?

Could be a corroded bulb connector, loose wires / pins on the bulb connector, or the ground lug on the fender is loose / corroded.

Best to take the headlamp housing back out, and start with checking the bulb connector to see if it is loose on the back or if the pins are open too far. Next remove the ground lug on the fender, and check if it is dirty, clean it off, and re-tighten the ground lug back down ( take a count on the number of ground lugs first, don't want to drop one off when you re-install it ).

That would be the starting point, could be the bulb connector had a high wattage bulb in it, and the connector housing is melted a bit, and the pins move around.

If it was a ground problem, a telltale sign is both filament would be barely lit. A dim halogen headlamp would be low voltage problem. Check all connections!

The greatest chance is it's a pooir ground or poor connection problem. (it's constipated and unable to get the juice to flow well which would cause the bulb to be nice and bright)
