How to Adjust headlight aim on a 2003 f150

hi guys, i was just trying to figure out how to adjust the aim of the headlights on my 03 f150? Thanks in advance.

there are black plastic pieces that are on screws so you twist the black piece to angle up or down. sorry if thats a bad explination but youll see what im talking about when you take them out

I watched Patrick adjust one, and as I recall, there is a metal locking tab that has to pulled up. This frees the plastic tabs to be adjusted on the screws.

the metal locking tabs indeed hold the pins, but those just release the headlights. there is a tool you can use to adjust them in-housing

if you can figure out a good way to do it, without using a tool, let me know. you can even do a write up in the HOW TO section, and get promoted to Technical Article Contributor

Lol. I think I will just leave mine the way they are , pain in the ***, I will just blind everyone.
