Backup sensors continuous beep in reverse!!!
Hey every itme i put my truck in reverse the sensors that are there for caution start a continuous beep untill i put it back in drive! I live in alaska and i figured that it was the cold and the snow screwing with them but im not sure can any one help???!
Might want to check the reverse sensor lens for obstructions or damage to the lens.
The reverse sensors come out from the back side of the bumper, and the trim ring they mount to stays on the bumper.
I forget if the lens is attached to the sensor and the mount or just the sensor.
Next would be to check the wiring for damage / corrosion in the harness under the back of the truck ( should be just above the bumper ).
