wiper/washer problem
Hi all need help with a 1995 F-350 im trying to get ready for a safety,
anyways I have lost 3 days of reading posts and trying to find the cause of my wiper problem and still no fix!!!
My problem is this I have no wipers/washer, the fuses are fine I have power at the MFS and at the Wiper Motor and Washer Pump I turn The MFS on and I get no action
I cleaned the MFS as I found on a thread on here and still get nothing I even changed the MFS and put another one in as well as the Wiper Motor,
I wired the washer motor direct and it works!
I changed all of the relays in the fuse box under the hood I need to know if there are any relay's inside the cab for the wiper/washer and if there Is a separate distribution box/ fusable link or something or anything else that I am missing???
Please Please Help im losing my mind!!
I thank all of you in advance for your support!!!

I don't know your trucks, so I can only give an opinion. You have power at the input of the MFS. But, no power to the motor downstream of the MFS (if I read your post correctly). Hotwiring the motor to the battery makes the wipers work, so, the motor is fine. Replacing the MFS did not help, but, you did not say if there was voltage at the output contacts of the MFS! If there is, you have broken wiring/a bad connection from the MFS to the motor (or maybe a bad ground)?
This is how I'd look at your problem, and it would guide my troubleshooting.

Never mind the MFS I guess I should have posted my find and how I fixed the problem because nobody on this forum (well with the exception of JackandJanet) even the ford techs could have droped a line which pissed me off a bit like what kind of forum is this if no one wants to help ,I posted this in oct for crying out loud?
well with that said the problem was fixed by me tracing the wires I followed the wires in the harness all the way to their leads and hence and behold underneath the glove box is a module for the windsheild wipers on a 94-95 anyways not sure of the new models but yes people there is a module for the wiper motor under the glove box it is a little black box with 5-6 pin lead to it the problem lies in there with the circuit board!!
So I just went to the wreckers and for 5 bucks got me a new black box put it in and they work fine now so merry xmas!!!!
so for you ford lovers with the newer fords there also has to be a module for the windsheild wiper motor but the problem with that is you will have to check on the location of the module as I checked a 97 f350 and they are no longer located under the glove box!!
P.S Oh Yeah and to all you High paid Ford techs thanks for sweet f-all ,you money hungry mothers just want to make a buck off a guy thats just trying to get ahead and if you made a decent product we would'nt have this problem so hope you have the worst xmas in your life or I will take that back if you post a response tellling everyone the location of the the wiper module's on all your trucks....lol!!!!!

Complain about not getting FREE help, then give people ill wishes.
Good luck with an attitude like this, you may have burned more than a few bridges with the members.
Myself, I did not answer, as I am not familiar with 95 MY trucks, and don't like the mis application of different MY info to other model years, it usually leads to a dead end and waste of time ( not the same installs ).
To give you a good example, the 99-03 MY trucks use a GEM for controlling the wipers, the 04-08 this function is in teh wiper motor itself.
You don't have the same setup it seems ( separate wiper control ), so having you look for a GEM ( or worse replace the motor for no reason ) would have been a lost cause.
Had the problem been on a MY range I am familiar with, I would have helped.
Nothing funny about your poor attitude, so you can keep the lol.
