So I bought green hids from xtremehids.com

At first, I realized I needed a relay harness so I went and bought that, but when I went to put them in....nothing. I had everything hooked up as it was suppose to be. The company guy told me that my 2006 12V battery was not enough to power it. He tried it on a 13.1V and it worked...is that possible or am I doing something wrong???

 

if your battery wont power it then why would they make the kit....... plus green headlights is a stupid idea. you Will get pulled over the first time you use them.

Might be the kits you bought, it could be a defected one.

At the moment I have a set of 10,000K Crystal white ones but I would love to get a set of Green HID Kits but im scared that it's a tad bit illegal for me to drive around in a set.

 

well ur ruck running is supposed to be around 14 volts..

 

agreed with illness95 ur electrical should be 14.4 or something like that...u could of bought a plug and play HID kit and saved ur self all the hassle, y did u decide to go green?
