Accessory Line From Head Unit not working?

If someone has any schematics to where this line leads, that would be really helpful.
Basically the red line which is the accessory line, doesn't work. I was suprised that my windows couldn't roll up either. After freaking out for a bit,
we connected the accessory line to the battery line (yellow) and it worked.
I just need the schematics to where this line leads to, and figure out why it doesn't work.... Thanks.
My truck is 2000 btw.

Not sure what red wire you are talking about.

The accessory delay relay ( what powers the windows ) is a light blue w/ black wire from the Central junction Box ( CJB / cab fuse panel )

This is from Battery junction box ( BJB / engine compartment fuse panel ) fuse 110 30A.
This is a red w/ light blue stripe wire from the BJB to the CJB.

The connectors for the factory radio that contain red

C224
Light Green w/ Red stripe = CD left channel signal out

C225
Light Blue w/ Red stripe = illumination lamp feed
Red w/ Blue stripe = power ( hot in start )
Orange w/ red = RR speaker

C266 ( CD changer )
light green w/ red stripe = let channel signal L- ( same as C224 above )

What red wire did you connect to what yellow wire ?
BTW : This is not good, random jumpering of wires

The only wires with some power notation :

Red w/ Blue stripe = Power hot in start
Light green w/ Violet stripe = Hot at all times
Black w/ pink stripe = Hot in Accessory or run position.

Sorry I wasn't sure what the original color was, because the previous owner had someone install the cd player. I don't know where or where he is either...
So, Yes I'm guessing it's the accessory delay relay which powers the windows.
Because when we disconnected the red wire my windows where not operating.
They probably changed the wire, because its an aftermarket cd player.
I had a feeling this wasn't good too, but as for now I don't know what I can do.

Aftermarket Head Unit which I had was uninstalled and we installed a new head unit. We cut of some of the old aftermarket head unit wires, but left some for an easy install. We then connected everything since it was same colors. Yellow wire for my after market head unit (Panasonic) is for live terminal in the fuse block connecting to the car battery, and so goes the same for my newly installed JVC. Red is for accessory terminal in the fuse block. I'm thinking of tracing it down to the original OEM head unit and see what its original color was.

BTW is those wires you posted for 2000 models?

Those are from the 2001 EVTM, which should be the same on the 2000 MY truck.

Ok, I'm thinking of taking it to a audio shop. I really don't know what else I could do. I'm just stumped that it wasn't easy as just matching up the wires. Also I didn't know that a wire in the head unit could disable the windows. Or I probably burnt a fuse or something.
