Window regulator... what else do i need?

Okay, after searching through old posts i have finally figured out whats going on with my front driver side window. But now im not sure what else i really need so im going to explain everything and yall tell me. Heard a pop, window fell (typical), took everything apart to find a jungle of wires wraped around the pulley on the motor. The wires are frayed and look damaged, also, one of the wires came loose on the left side (if you are looking at the driver door) track that the window slides up and down on. This may be what the pop was. since the cables aren't looking so good and the regulator is out (i think), what do i need to buy to get this baby workin again. the motor works fine, just gives off a nice grinding noise cause of the cables. Is there any way i can just get a whole new setup (motor, regulator, tracks and cables all pre-assembled) so i can just take mine out and put in a new one or am i wasting some money here when i can just mix and match a few little parts? any help is greatly appreciated!

thats it, it comes with the track, cables, bolts, and the motor.

this is a manual regulator that came outta my truck, and i replaced it with a power regulator from them.

i cant get a link to the page but they have it listed as the regulator. these are for 06-08 since it wont let you search for an 04-05 but call them and they will get what ya need. for my 04 s'cab i paid $70.95 front driver, $99.96 front passenger, and $59.98 for each rear door. it came just like what the pic above shows but with the motor, it may have looked a little different but i cant remember.

This also happened to me, but I think the wires are fine. I don't know how I'm going to re-wind them as it's a total mess and a real pain to reach back there.

Where exactly is the regulator located on the power windows? I've swapped a motor on these before, but didn't know if it was in the door with the motor, in the electrical panel in the passenger floorboard or somewhere in the engine bay.
