ive noticed on some cars when you start up the guages start at the bottom and roll all the way across (as in speedometer from 0-100)
when my batterys dead and i jump start it, it does it,
how do i make it to where it does this everytime i start up

did you check any fuses ?
Straight away it sounds like the Accessory delay circuits are dead, which would be the accy delay relay or the fuses from it ( F22 and F401 ).
