It is "do-able", but I wouldn't try it using the standard system. For most of trucks of interest here the electronics of the "Express-Down" circuit is handled by the PCM through the Generic Electronic Module. There fore that system is not a stand-alone feature. I had fashioned such a system for my Pontiac F-Bird years ago, but that system used a custom made IFB (Interface Box) to control the window. In the end I defeated (removed) the module since it failed to make sense operationally.
There are modules available from various electronic alarm companies e.g. Bull Dog Elect. that can effectively control not only the window drive, but the lock electronics for your truck. You can "google" Bull Dog Electronics to find their site. There should be a Up/Down Window controller module somewhere under auxiliary equipment. (Check-4-Sure)

The older system is described in this thread, but IDK if it'll work on your truck.

my truck (2004 f150) came with manual windows and i converted it to power windows with all stock components. however my truck doesnt have a body security module (bsm), which is what the stock power windows are wired to. so i took a relay and an inline fuse and wired mine to the battery and the one touch down works for the drivers door. im not sure exactly how it works but its all in the switch.

Will it be one touch when used from the drivers side?

Yes, when installed on passenger or rear windows BOTH drivers master switch AND that windows switch allows the OTD feature. It takes 1 module per window.

The window lock on the master switch disables the auto down mode on my 05 Supercrew.

I did this mod, and now the lock only disables, and locks the rear windows.

OK, I'm going to get the module and install it on my pass. window.
My question is: On my driver door/driver window switch it has a "AUTO" on the down part of the button. Can I get two more switches like this and put them on the driver side/pass. window and pass. side switch so all switches have a "AUTO" on the switch?

Can I get just the switch cover or just the new switch?

Thanks,

Still need to install it, but the wiring for using one of these with the power rear slider should be :

I just made this up, the 2nd module should be here over the weekend, maybe MON next week.

Takes 1 additional scotch lock, to replace the ground lug.

Got the one in the pass front door real easy, took all of 5 min to install.

We already covered this topic in detail. RockPick gave both of us a warning for the conversation.....

Don't know how else to say, yes they work.
Have 1 on the motorcycle to trigger the relay for the aux fuse panel for going on 7 years now.
Out in the weather and still works without fail.

Still want to try to explain how they don't work ?
