i have a 1990 f150. the foot button on the floor for the brights seems to have a short in it and also came unmounted and is under the carpet. now i have to wiggle the button on the floor just to get the headlights to come on? i was wondering if the button is replaceable by chance. any help is greatly appreciated!

 

Everything on the truck is replaceable. Look under your carpet, & go to a parts store.

 

Yup, and from what I hear they're not too hard to replace. My brother just replaced one on my parent's '79 camper van.
