I bought a hid headlight kit....now i realize the h13 (9008) kit is not plug and play and needs to be wired...how do i do this???

So you're wiring them up with a relay harness?

 

Without knowing what the install directions look like, I can guess they look like this ?

 

it looks similar...when i lay the ballast and the bulb out on the work bence everything has a spot to connect....except for a positive and negatibe wire coming of the bulb...the ends have metal stubs on the tip....from what i can tell fromt he diagram i need to connect these to the factory power and ground wires...???
