Trailer running lights

So i did a pretty extensive search and came up short handed. Ive got a 2006 F-150 with the stock tow package. Ive got a four pin and a 7 pin hook up in the back. Ive towed at least 4 trailers and every time, no running lights. The turn signals and the brake lights always work. Ive tried using the 4 and the 7 and its the same.

Anyone know what fuses i should try swapping out first? I read the owners manual fuses and there doesnt seem to be one with "running lights" in the description.

Thanks in advance

Correct name would be parking lamps ( abbrev parklamp in the manual ) page 241, Fuse # 10.

Thanks man!

So change the fuse, if that dont work, change the two relays, and if they dont work, check the wiring

Just did this Friday,,think I replaced nmbr 10, and 36. I now have running lights, left brake and left turn signal. Used the link that contains the online manual for our trucks. Let me see if I can find it. didn't go hunting for the other fuse becasue I wanted to get on the water BAD.

It would just be the one relay, if needed.

When you replaced the fuse, the next step is to meter for power in the relay socket, if you do not have parking lamps. This will step through the diagnostic steps to know if you need to bench test the relay.
