That seems to be upside-down.

...but it's mine that was wrong.

Strange, that is right from the Trailer tow install directions from Ford.

Few others I found:

Hoppy 7 pin directions in PDF ( down at the bottom of the page ):

Don't assume anything. Check the vantage point of the drawing, and make sure the key is orientated correctly.

I did - all the ones you posted are the same & have pin #1 (Wh - ground) at the bottom L. Only mine has it at the top R, so I guess mine is rotated 180°.

Here's the nail in the coffin - I'm deleting that diagram.

This is probably overkill, but my trailer plug matches SSCULLY's too.

Sorry, Steve. I said it was probably overkill, but reading through the posts AFTER you had apparently deleted something, I wasn't sure anymore that everyone would understand that the pin diagram SSCULLY posted seemed to be the right one.

And, to be frank, I did not "click" on the tiny little picture you posted of the trailer connection, so -

THIS QUALIFIES ME FOR A DUMB POST AWARD! Eat your heart out, SSCULLY!

OK, so you got 1 yesterday, I had 3 yesterday alone.

Funny part is the OP is already back from vacation

We kept the thread open longer than the problem or what he needed it fixed for
