Please help
Hey guys I know it's not a f150 but please do yopur best. My wife's 2001 explorer sport's blinkers brake lights and hazards quit working today. I looked through the owner manual and checked every fuse that I thought might be involved both under the dash and the master in the engine compartment. I'm kind of at a loss. If it was either the blinkers or the hazards I would think a flasher but unless they changed stuff they used seperate ones for them. I really don't know where to look next please try to help. Thanks alot

She steps on the brake, and the brake lights don't come on?
She hits the hazard switch and the front and rear lights don't flash?
And, you haven't found a faulty fuse.
Do the turn signals work?
I know I'm not solving your problem, but I'm trying to clarify it so someone smarter than me can.

she son't have any turn signals or flashers. Only the third b
rake light on top of the rear window works when she hits the brakes. I went through the fuses because that it is what I thought it was as well. I don't have a good diagram of what is in the main fuse box under the hood but couldn't find any that looked bad. Any suggestions would be very helpful. Thanks again

If you need an owners manual, you can download one here
https://www.fleet.ford.com/maintenan...ls/default.asp
Don't know if you are missing the page, or the manual all together.
With the answers to Jack's clarifying questions, I would say try tilting the wheel all the way up and all the way down, and see if the rear Stop Turn lights start working again, as a test.
This is some what common to have happen ( if it is was I think is wrong ).
At the point the steering wheel column and dash panels meet, behind there is a connector for the MFS ( multifunction switch ) is at. Over time, a few posts from members, the connector will slowly pull apart and once the pins finally pull apart, the rear Stop / turn lights stop working.
The reason this is inclusive of the brake lights, is with the single bulb, all function for that higher wattage element is routed through the MFS first.
I am making this SWAG based upon your 3rd brake light still works, which is right off the Brake switch.
If you want to bypass the test, you can remove the steering wheel column covers, and go right to checking the connector. It is a 2 row x I think 12 or 14 pin connector. The wiring might look a bit tight on it, and it might look OK. Best to pull it apart and check for pin discoloration and once clean, pull some slack up in the wires and zip tie them to the frame under the dash, so they do not do this again.
If that connector is fine, it will be time to check the MFS itself ( this is why the test with the tilt ).
