I would expect at least 2 hours on the swap, this takes into account pulling the dash, installing the cluster, and reprogramming.

Might want to call and ask them, if you have the dash out, if that would change the labor rate.

You could change it yourself, but you would have to tow it to the Ford dealer, once you swap it, your truck will not start ( PATS info in the HEC ).

So probably around $200 would be the cost most likely?
