Pulling my hair out! 99 F-150
Have a 99 F-150 ext cab with battery drain problems, its drawing 0.190-0.210 amps until i pull fuse #15 and then goes to 0.011. # 15 runs stop switch, un-plugged it and did not change, also runs other modules which are listed under other fuses i pulled those and did not change. The only other thing is not on another fuse is the shift interlock, could that make a draw? PLEASE HELP! im 6 hrs into this job

The CJB Fuse #15 also feeds the GEM. The PCM feed could be the PCM KAM circuit on the '99, in the 97-98 this is under the hood.
When you are testing, are the dome lamps off, and has the battery saver relay timed out ?
Pulling BJB #103 kills off the cab fuse panel ( CJB ), that is the same as pulling CJB fuse #15.
If the door is open, you need to wait until the interior lights turn themselves off ( not just using the interior lamps dimmer switch all the way to the bottom ), as that is the sign that the battery saver relay has shut off.
You could pull the battery saver, interior lamp, and accy delay relays prior to testing, but the GEM timer circuit function is still operating.
