'01 SuperCrew w/ blinker problem

Was hoping that someone could shed some light on my problem.

I have an '01 SuperCrew and the front driver's side (left) turn signal does not work. The rear blinks really fast and I have no inside indicator light. The right works just fine. I have replaced both front and rear bulbs and no good. I have tested and i have electricity to the bulb. And yes it is the correct 2 filament bulb. I cannot figure it out! PLEASE HELP!

When you tested the bulb connector for power, what was the results ?

You have the parking lamp element and the higher wattage turn signal element.

When you tested :

1. The parking lamp pin in the bulb connector ( brown wire )
1.1. What was the result ?
1.2. What did you use for a ground to test with ( bulb or truck ) ?

2. The turn signal pin in the bulb connector ( light green w/ white stripe wire )
2.1. What was the result ?
2.2. What did you use for a ground to test with ( bulb or truck ) ?
