04 f150 electrical problems

I have a 04 f150. Recently my check engine light came on, so I had my codes read. A low voltage code was tripped. The Ford dealer said that my battery is too small. I have a 690 CCA. They said that the books call for a 650 CCA. I disconnected my neg cable and put a test light on there. I have a draw someplace. I removed each and every fuse and relay one at a time to see if I could locate the draw. No such luck. I bought a new battery, 880 CCA, but I am afraid to put it in with the draw existing. Also my fuel economy on the highway is 11. What's up with that? I drive my truck easier than an 80 year old gramma driving a 69 Camero. I replace my fuel filter, and then my heater goes out.
