I can hear a noise in the dash board that sounds like a linkage has come loose. How do you access the wiper motor and linkage? There is one large panel on the top of the dash to the right and a couple of smaller ones nearer the windshield. Thanks. I have a 2000 F-150 Lariat 4X4

 

I've taken a closer look at the wipers. When I move one of the wipers the other one moves so it might not be the linkage. I think it's the panel where the wipers are is what I have to pull off. It looks like two screws. If anyone could help I would appreciate it.
