I have a 99 donor expedition with the number pad on the door handles. Would that swap into my 01 Supercrew???

Another simple question with not much to write... LOL

 

Don't know about the parts crossing, the ones I have from my '01 handle conversion are not listed as multiple parts location, so I would say no.

My 2001 XLT SCrew has the wiring in the door, but this was a 3rd gen SCrew, MAY-01 build date on it.

Interior album has pictures of the install, you can take the door panel off, and check for the terminating plug on the keypad harness.

Might want to correct things.

you are asking about a 2001 SCrew.
...Gets a bit confusing to know which one youa re really asking about.

 

Mine is an 2002 so i woulld assume that it will have it.

You are right about the parts not crossing. The reason why as i dug into my doors was the fact that there was about a foot and a half of wire missing from the 99 handle to where the contector was hanging.

My way around this was to cut the connector of the handle and lengthn each wire a foot and a half and the lock works perfectly.
