06 F150,Adding Fogs - wiring harness question

Does ford install a standard wiring harness in all trucks? I am repairing my truck and would like to swap bumpers and go with fog lights. I noticed that the dash switch does not accomodate fogs currently, i can change the switch, but I am wondering if the stock harness will accommodate the swap.

Anyone?

Thanks in advance!

From what I have seen in threads, 70% of the time the wiring is not in the XLT model anymore ( was there 00-03 in XLTs ).

One quick place to start looking for it is under the bumper for the bulb connectors.

This is a picture of my '06 Lariat with the factory wiring in it:

That is from the ground looking up at the bottom of the headlamp, reddish connector is the turn signal bulb in the headlamp.

The factory fog lamp wiring is wire coming towards the camera, and turning towards the bottom of the picture.

Start by looking for this first, it might be there. If so we will move to the next step.

Good luck.
