Strange electrical problem

I am having a prob I can't figure out. My son installed an aftermarket stereo in my 02 supercrew last night. He cut the factory radio connectors off without disconnecting the battery. of course it blew the radio fuse, so i put in a new one. we went on to hook up the radio worked great sitting in the yard. When you take off down the road the radio sounds like its not getting enough voltage or something then you hit 20-25 mph radio sounds fine, when you reach about 40mph the radio shuts off. The other prob is the windows will not work and the interior lights wont work while the truck is running, shut the truck off lights come on. I've checked evry fuse, replaced 2 relays still nothing. Could there be a fusible link in the dash that could have blown? I'm at a stand still..... I forgot to mention i have removed the aftermarket radio, rewired the factory plugs. Still have the same prob only now the factory radio does not work, it will eject a cd and display the clock but nothing else.

Thanks for any help!

Thanks

if it does have one there is probably a module somewhere you need to unplug.
