I have a 1995 f-150. Park lights stopped working, I have checked all fuses and they are all good. Just a note, my emergency cable broke around the same time, and I know when the e-brake is on and you would start the truck the front headlights would not come on until the brake is released. Not sure if this has anything to do with it? Can anyone give a suggestion on where to start?

Your emergency brake has nothing to do with your headlights or parking lights.
You may have a bad headlight switch, plugs or wiring.
Make sure all the fuses are good in the engine compartment fuse box and the dash fuse box.
The headlights could also be the Multi-Function switch.
