Quick Question - Signal/Blinker Relay

On a 2003 F150 Supercrew, where can I find the turn signal relay?

Is it under the hoods fuse box, interiors fuse box, or steering column?

The flasher relay is located in the same block as the blower relay, up above and behind the OBDII port.
