The Actuator is the keypad, in case that is not obvious ( Don't know why Ford called it that ). Handle is for a Silver ( YN ) truck.

Getting a used one off a 2003 ( or '04 Heritage ) is getting a keypad that is 5 or 6 years old, not much newer then yours.
