battery question

battery question

sup guys,

well i did some searching and found some info but i need a little more. my factory battery died off of my 04 and now have a new battery but not sure if its the same as the factory the new one is a duralast and says 600 cold cranking amps??? any ways im goign to do the big 3 once my wire gets here (just ordered it) and thinking of adding another battery for my sound system. i like to listen to it alot when the truck isnt on. so how can i upgrade this part? do i just ad another battery? please let mek now if this is the way to go thanks.

When I change a battery I use the one with the highest CCA(cold cranking amps) that will fit. 600 cca is not really all that high of a rating. As far as adding a second battery, use the search feature because there are some previous threads on that subject. Bob

get an optima yellow top deep cycle battery if you have a stereo.
